you know that Xmen citi bank at that pops out to the left?? can you PLEASE keep it from doing that, even if I dont scroll over it, it pops out, and if I click the X it compacts, then immediately expands again. its very annoying when I can read the posts or create on of my own

That ad is driving me crazy! Even if you click the X it pops right back out. Grrr....
