This package starts one month before your wedding. Crystal’s Elegant Affairs will step in to assist with planning about 30 days before your wedding. This is during the most critical and often busiest time.

assistance to help you tie up all of your loose ends with the wedding
Once in person meeting as follows: Two weeks prior to your wedding to finalize the details
Review of all Venue and Vendor Contracts and
Arrangements
Final Itinerary / Timeline Preparation one month before the Wedding
Distribution of the Final Approved Itinerary / Timeline to Venue Contact and all Vendors the Week of Wedding
Final Vendor Confirmations and Detailed Direction-Each and Every Vendor is called personally and All Details and the Entire Itinerary / Timeline is gone through line by line pertaining to Each Vendor’s specific contracted

Day of Wedding Coordination 8 hours service
An additional wedding coordination assistant for up to 6 hours
Rehearsal Coordination and Instruction, maximum 2

Serving as your go to gal on the wedding day to communicate your wishes and desires as necessary
Check set-up of both ceremony and reception
Serving as the
point of contact for vendors on your wedding day
Ensure setup is going as you have specified
