4. Don’t Propose at a Funeral

This one probably doesn’t need any more explanation.

I don't know, a couple of these seem to kinda shoot down what works for the individual couple. For some couples, like joshmari21409, V-day has a special significance, so although for some of us it's "cliche," for others, it's not. I also think public proposals, like at a stadium, are amazing proposal stories if you're willing to take the risk that she'll say no. I mean, if you're putting your whole heart into it and put everything on the line, aren't you making yourself vulnerable to the potential "no," no matter the location? Also, while I'm not a fan of food proposals, and if done poorly it's not a good proposal, if done well it can be very cute.

This video on YouTube goes along with not proposing with food. I laughed out loud!

I disagree with #3, I always appreciate humor especially when it comes to something this sappy.  I hate those awkward moments of fake tenderness.  Funny is better for some of us.
