If I dont hav e my coffee I may end up at a funeral instead of wedding. There is no way for me to make it through the day without it. I wonder if there is a way around that one.

I AGREE WIT IT ALL "EXCEPT" THE COFFEE I MEAN AT LEAST ONE CUP PPL! AND SOMETHING LITE TO EAT..LIKE FRUIT N SOME KIND OF SMALL PIECE OF GOOD BREAD! N HEY IM READY TO GO TO MY WEDDING CAUSE THE RECEPTION IS GONNA HAVE GOOD FOOD IM NOT A BREAKFAST EATER SO I THINK (COFFEE) IS GONNA BE IN MY HOTEL ROOM!

I don't know what that first picture is, but it looks delicious!  Better stock up on that before the wedding. Hehe.

Yummmm mimosas!!!!

They should pair this article with 5 things to eat drink before the wedding. like mimosas ;), drink water, eat lean protein, remember to eat to avoid feeling faint, etc.

I think this is a really great article, especially for brides that are not already eating a healthy diet.  My wedding is in March and I started working out more in September and then changing my diet in October.  I started a strict diet in Novemebr and I feel 100% better!  Focusing on leaving a healthy lifestyle for my wedding and married life also has lead me to a new part-time job.  I started teaching spin and bootcamp classes this January!  Changing my eating habits and increasing my workouts have helped me to feel happier and less stressed!
