Those photos are beautiful too.  Especially the one with the cookies perched precariously next to the dessert platter.

please, do tell, where do you get the freeze dried raspberry powder used in the macroons?  They look lovely

hmmm this sounds like a wonderful idea.  I was thinking about hiring a pastry chef or someone that does baking and pastry to make this for our wedding.  Do you all think it would be cheaper?

I know this is an older article though it is so yummy looking that I just had to revive it.
