How are you planning to do a bridal bouquet for $20?  Do you have a friend who is a florist?

Luckily for me, my grandma has sweet pea in her backyard and we have a family friend who grows peonies at his local nursery.  :)

I have to comment on the photography thing. My friend is a professional and I am excited to have him at my June wedding. All we are paying for are the prints, proofs, and "coffee table" book (not the time for him and his assistant) and it's still going to be over $1000, depending on how many prints we want. That's even with the discounts he is getting as the photographer- it's basically wholesale.

Regardless, if you are having a friend just do it for free, if you want them edited well it's going to take them time and thought- something that you shouldn't expect them to do for free.

Being a photographer myself, I took couple shots at a fraternity's combo aniversary/formal. I only charged them $100, but then had to edit some 100 couple shots and then burn them to CDs. It took a lot of time, and I only did the most basic editing I could do (up the color/contrast, fix eye bags/blemishes with clone tool, crop, done, next pic).

I would just make sure you don't expect to pay $0 for photography. You can find several companies who actually cater to budgets, such as Studio Blue in my area. Don't settle for less when it comes to photography.

And I have to ask- are you sure your groom has a tux? Most guys I know only have suits, which look great, but if you want something more formal it will still be less than $200, from head to toe (lucky ducks!!).

Beyond that... looks good :) Good luck!

Luckily, my work in graphic design allows me to do all the photo-editing myself. Yay for being a frugal/DIY gal on budget.
