Nearly 5 years later this template still is requested weekly! I've made it easier for EVERYONE now to access it by making it a collection on Google Docs:

Please be sure to read the "Read Me" doc first. It reminds you that you must download the fonts and install them first before downloading and opening the docs to edit. Failing to do so will make it hard for your to customize the templates since the fonts are integrated into the design. The text fonts you can change to whatever you like, but the flowers and palm trees won't show up if you don't install the WMTrees1 and Hibiscus fonts.
