These are really lovely.  I was wondering though, what did you attach the fishing wire to after you tied it to the votive?

Thanks! Im such a nerd, the contest doesn't start until the 24th! Ha, ha ha, geesh I must be working too much! ;) 

LuckyLove, we attached the wire to the beams inside of the structure using a staple gun.

Edit: I fixed the title, but too bad it doesn't update in the forums also, oh well!

Ohhh, it's thin wire not fishing line.  That makes sense.  I wasn't sure what it was.  They are so beautiful.  It makes me want an outdoor wedding!

I was looking for these! Thank you kohler!!! We have drop ceilings in our reception hall. I was thinking we could do this and attach them to the plastic pieces that hold the tiles up there. haha. I just don't know how many would look good and not be too much.
