Oh that's a fantastic idea to put fake rings for the ring bearer. I've been agonizing over how to get the rings safely to the front with my 2.5 yr old nephew to be carrying them! We are going to have him walk hand in hand with his sister (the flower girl, she will be 8), but still, you never know...thank you for the suggestion!!

I'm not having ring bearer or flower girl. What do people do for the rings in that case? I have 3 bridesmaids to walk down the aisle before me, so not having flower girl is not bad.

bows, with or without a ring bearer, most people have the best man hold the real rings. He can keep them in his pocket until the right time, and is a lot less likely to drop them or run off with them.

I absolutely love this article! Very helpful! Both my ring bearer and flower girl are 5 years old. I think this is a great age!
