yes, what do you girls plan on eating/did you eat on your wedding day? I was going to avoid onions and garlic (my weekness) a few days before the weddig, but FMIL is plannin the rehearsal at a italian rest...anyway, jw

Nuts are an excellent snack, especially almonds because of all the antioxidants (an added bonus). They are high-protein, easy to eat on the run, filling, and will not drip and stain your dress! You only need a small handful. Grabbing a banana is also a good one; high energy without sugar.

I bought some Odwalla smoothies (and straws!), a veggie/cheese plate and fruit plate (bite sized morsels haha), and Triscuits haha.

I will probably have a fruit and veggie tray and eat a bigger breakfast....

My SIL is a vegetarain and there was an great vegan restaurant right around the corner near our hair salon.  She noticed the glazed look on my face and quickly brought me a super shake made out of almond milk and quinoa salad.  I was back to my "Chatty Cathy" within 5 minutes after I took the first sip/bite ;).  Yeah for super food!

I was thinking fruit, veggies, cheese, and crackers too.  And nuts are a great idea!

I'm thinking the less salt I eat the better, but this article was a great reminder to pack some (unsalted) nuts, fruit, and veggies!  Oh, and I'd better remember the water as well!

budoh - the quinoa salad sounds like an amazing snack!

This is a fabulous reminder. I would not have thought of that. I have to add all these helpful tidbits to a new list....oy, my lists! Thanks for the helpful suggestions.
