I've always wanted to go to Peru! My sister just went there last year and had a phenomenal time. Peru is definitely an idea honeymoon for the adventurous couple!

I had the good fortune of traveling to Peru for 2 weeks while I was pursuing my Masters degree. We were doing a service learning project and it is as amazing as this article suggests. I say, get there if you can!!! I can still remember our hike to the top Machu Picchu. Nothing really compares (thought Diamond Head (Laeahi) in Hawaii is awesome too in a different way)! I would go to Peru again in a heartbeat! I did a little of everything mentioned in addition to my school work.
