Don't be depressed, you can do this. I promise you can! It's not easy but you can do it! Here are some things that helped me drop 3 dress sizes and has also helped me keep it off. Although I would still like to lose a
little more.
1. Try to cut out as much sugar as you can from your diet. Hint...even using products like reduced sugar ketchup helps...it doesn't taste as good as regular ketchup but you get use to it and every little bit helps.
2. Always try to incorporate a protein item in your breakfast.
3. Also try to include fiber in any meal of the day but again at least one meal. It will help you feel full. THIS WORKS!
4. Drink a lot of water every day.
5. Shoot for 30 minutes of excersise at least 3 days a week.
Nothing new under the sun really. We just have to apply them which is hard sometimes I know.
