omg how do they call themselves professional bakers? I can bake and decorate cakes better than that!

What really stinks is that you don't find out how bad it is until you get to the reception!  The fact that the baker would even deliver that and not just call with some excuse is appaling to me.  I'd rather NOT have it show up than have something that sloppy - yikes.  Poor girls!

Don't you think you would have some clue as to the talent of your cake maker?  Seen a portfolio or something?  I think these girls went cheap, cheap, cheap, and got what they paid for.
