My rule of thumb is, if you havnt seen that relative in 5 yrs, unless its because of great distance, there out.... If a friend has never meet your future spose there out.... and unless parents are footing the bill, Dads work mates or contacts are out.  If you can't Justifie spending at least $50.00 each person, then there out too
