PW Guide Article: Wedding Kiss Shakers

I saw those online the other day.  What a cute idea. 

Where can I find the "shake for kiss" label?

i also cannot find the downloadable labels, any answers?

Then no broken glasses from someone tapping the glass too hard!

I really wanna make these since we're only having plasticware, and you can't make a whole lot of noise with that. I can totally make my own labels but i'd like to know where to find the downloadable ones. I searched online and this article was the only result I got. So if anybody found them, holler!
