I know that this article is very important and useful especially for someone like me cause I have been running myself crazy our big day is this Saturday the 19 of June 2010 and I have been going crazy with finalizing all the plans that need to be done thank God my fiance is so grounded. Relaxation is KEY!

Also, definently EAT BREAKFAST! I think a lot of girls try to last minute crash diet and skip breakfast to feel "lighter" or "skinnier," but they are just depriving their body of energy for the day. Breakfast is the most important meal, so on such an important day, it becomes even more important to have a healthy breakfast.
