I need a place to host my RD for cheap cheap cheap.  Food choices are plentiful, but where do I PUT my family.  (We're expecting about 35 people.  We wanted to do it at a park, but now have to do it afer dark to accommodate some late arrivals.)

I was hoping to feed everyone for approx $200--which I could have done with a hamburger and hot dog grill out at lunch.  For dinner, not so much.  I'm flipping out. I can still get it catered for between $7 and $10 per head for dinner, but I don't know where to put everyone. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do you know anyone that lives in a condo or apartment where you could rent the clubhouse? planned communities do too. ummmm....check out the historical society in Mandarin our friends reception was there and I think it's pretty cheap plus they have a kitchen you could use. What about a family member's church most of the time those are free. If you know someone on base you could check out the picnic pavillions on base.
