Are any of you having a reception dress? I love my dress, don't get me wrong...but it just feels so heavy when I'm wearing it I don't think I'll be able to dance in it when the band starts playing. My dress is absolutely gorgeous, but I am thinking about getting a lighter, fun dress for the reception after dinner. Thoughts? The first pic is my dress that I have now. The second is the dress I'm thinking about buying...only in ivory. It will be strapless too (it's that twist wrap dress I keep seeing EVERYWHERE)TIA

You first dress is very pretty and I don't blame you for wanting to switch it up, like you I am thinking of doing the same thing.  I am getting married next year during wedding season so it will be super hot if I wear mine.  Good luck with your decision.  This second dress is lovely who is the designer?

I saw it on My Fair Wedding, and saw it again on the dessy.com website. I had thought about changing my BM dresses to the shorter version, but some of the girls had already purchased the original dress. I think I'm just determined to get this dress at my wedding.
