Hi everyone- my fiancee is in love with the Red Velvet from Susina as well as Milk- rich, not too chocolatey with cream cheese frosting.  However I think it may be out of our budget.  Can anyone recommend a bakery that does red velvet similarly?

Maybe you could get him a Groom's cake with his favorites, and get a regular wedding cake for the rest?

Why don't you talk to Susina and Milk (yum btw!) first and see what the real quote is before you try to get a copy-cat version? You might be surprised to find that a groom's cake is an affordable option.
