I have had this basket for about 5 years and really never used it. I wanted to have something to hold my perfumes and I decided to get creative and repurpose this.

What I Did:

• I first took a few days and painted this with a beige acrylic paint with a paintbrush.  A somewhat tedious job.  I was not 100% happy with the finished product, so I went and got some spray paint.
• Spray painted the basket twice.
• Added a brown organza ribbon weaving in and out of the slats and finished it off with a bow.

After 2 coats of spray paint.

Ribbon weaved in and out, and purfumes in place.

Thanks!!! I have a confession....I had never used spray paint until this project.  I have only used regular paint.  Spray paint is so much faster for some projects!
