Response Card

I was going to ask for advice what's some good wording to put on the response card. This is what mine looks like so far:

M.____________________

     ____ Graciously accepts

         ______ Guests

             _____ Chicken  _____ Pork loin

     _____ Regretfully declines

 What do you think?  Thanks so much in advance

I would move the dinner choices to the bottom. It'll be easier to follow if it's there. I'd change the "Guests" text to "Number of Guests," to be a bit more clear. I would also add text above the entree options.

So it would read:

M ___________________

_____ Graciously Accepts

_____ Regretfully Declines

_____ Number of Guests

Please indicate an entree choice:

_____ Chicken     _____ Pork Loin

If you're worried about plus ones and can print them yourself, you may want to make a more clear indication of who/how many are invited per invite.

i also added 'initial by choice' for the entrees....how would i know who wants what if one picks filet and one picks salmon?? :)

we're just having table assignments...so i just need to know the guest names and entree choice.
