Which restaurants have you found that post nutrition facts? I love Chili's- they post the facts for all their menu options, and they have a section of the menu called Guiltless Grill. The in store menu says all the items are under 750 calories, but really if you look at the nutrition facts, all but 1 is under 400. Pretty high in salt, but otherwise very good. I like the Chicken platter.

This is only for midwest folks, but BD Mongolian Grill has all their nutrition facts online and you can build your stir-fry bowl online ahead of time to test out ingredients and figure out your calories

one that i didn't expect to see was Nathan's (hotdogs) on coney island. yikes! any one item on that menu was my calorie quota for the day!

Qdoba has a pretty good nutrition info brochure, although for the most part it's common sense. . .queso, rice, tortillas = bad news!  :)

Starbucks also posts theirs - some of the venti sized drinks are outrageous!

Oooh good post.  It would help me sooo much if all restaurants did this.  But there's a website online I ran across the other day that has them.  You'd be surprised what certain courses have as far as calories and fat.  If you eat out a lot like I do, you've got to stay on top of what you're eating if you can't prepare it yourself.  They should make this a law!!
