Hi everyone!!

I am going to order my wedding dress Rivini Lismora and i need to know the fabric details of the original dress. What fabric is made the bodice, ruffles and so on. I want my dress to be as similar as the original so i really need your help!!!

The only way you are going to be able to be 100% certain of the fabric is if you get the info from the original manufacturer/designer. Like I said before, I recall that it is organza over satin from a description I saw last year after the dress first came out. Thats to the best of my recollection, but maybe someone else can give you a more concrete/definitive answer.

Any dress company worth their salt is going to be able to look at the gown and tell you what it needs to be made of any way...I know dressily will give you suggestions based on what it looks like. They seem happy to accept very specific requests from brides, but I don't think they count on the brides to know what materials the gown needs.

But again, I believe it's organza over satin.

I was trying some dresses yesterday and I asked the lady who was helping me what colour are the dresses I choose. She said they are all "off white". I was so surprised because they all looked differet colour to me ( to me one was white, one was champagne, and one was ivory). She said it looks like that because the dresses are made of different fabric. Two of the dresses were made of satin and still teh colour looked different to me. The lady told me that there are like 20 kinds of satin, organza or taffeta that is why the color "off  white" can look different in different kinds of fabric. And this made me think what exact fabric is our dress ?! Unfortunately I live in London and the producent does not sell this dress in Uk or Europe, so i can't go to the store and ask about fabric.

I haven't ordered my dress yet. I am still doing some research which website to chose.  

I was going to order this dress, but heard that the company doesn't do well with ruffles or pleats.

But I totally forgot what matierial this is, and I will look at the email- maybe I even still have the price they offered to make it ;)
