any cool rooftop venues downtown anyone knows of?

Check out the Italian American Sports Hall of Fame - Its on Taylor Street and they have a deck with an amazing view of the city. They'll do the ceremony and cocktail hour out there - although I'm not sure about the actual wedding reception....

thanks! i've been trying to think of good options being downtown and intimate. i have a ton of OOT guests to keep in mind, so downtown is the way to go, with all the public transit.

what about renting the lawn from the park district? had anyone done this? i've seen weddings in grant park or around buckingham fountain... any thoughts?

I'm using a park district facility, and just a warning, you have to jump through a lot of hoops! My venue booked up soo fast, and it's not as well known, so you have to move pretty swiftly.
