OMG...i love this!!!

I like the idea of the long box (like the first pic) but have no idea how you would do it....maybe print off the picture and take it to lowes/home depot? They might have a suggestion....they will be setting up their seasonal area to shortly so there will probably be someone around who knows alot about bbq's etc. there too...

FarmBride -- Smores are like a graham cracker sandwich. It's a roasted marshmall, stuck on top a piece of chocolate, smushed between graham crackers. Delicious!

We did a open bonfire on the beach for our welcome party.

Im not sure about the sterno thing... I always heard that you souldn't eat things cooked on it.but this is what there page says

Can food be prepared directly over the flame?

kristamarie - you just gave me the BEST idea!!! I was originally going to do a smoores station at the wedding, but for around 200 people, that could get nuts. We're having our rehearsal dinner on the patio of the restaurant where my parents had their engagement dinner (and 25th anniversary party). SMOORES!!!
