San Diego/San Marcos/Temecula/Escondido/Carlsbad/Oceanside PHOTOGRAPHER $1000 pkgs

Hi!

We're getting married in Oct 2012 in San Marcos, CA next year. Hoping to find a recommended photographer who can offer us a $1000 or less package. No need for prints or touchups. Just need someone who has a great eye for angles and lighting and who can send us the digial proofs.

Any recommendations out there?

Hi Jane & welcome to PW!

Craigslist would be a good place to start since you're probably looking at someone who's starting out.

Also, this tool lists some photographers (that you can narrow down by price range).  If some are slightly above your range, you can still contact them to see if there is some flexibility in their packages (e.g. less coverage hours, etc)

Craigslist feels a bit unreliable for my tastes. What I'm looking for are direct recommendations.
