I'm back! I just posted this under the weight management thread & realized, oh yah, I'm on the SD group!
Here's the skinny (pun intended lol)
Hubby & I having some issues (2-3 year slump- I know most people go thru it so I'm trying to plug along, but he doesn't realize that & has been having some personal issues I think so he's been sorta doom & gloom). Not exercising
hasn't been helping my mood, energy levels or making me too happy with how my clothes fit either.
I started a new job, new hours, working at home. So I've definitely not been moving so much. Soooo- 10 lbs, here you are.
I just get SO BORED exercizing! Walking, running, gym, = bored. I totally try to go to the gym classes, but I'm a social person & everyone seems to have their cliques and I just don't want to deal with that.
Any gym buddy's out there!? I have a membership at 24 hour, but I'm down for hiking or jogging or DVD's whatever. I just would like to be nice and trim for the summer again.
