seating

is there a software that organizes this for us?  How is everyone figuring this out?

I know there were posts recently about this but I can't remember.  For me, it's actually easier to have a tangible way to organize people.  So I'm planning to buy a posterboard and draw out the tables the way they would be in the room (my site coordinator gave me a mapped out version of the room).  Then I'm going to write each person/couple's name on a small sticky note and place them around the tables.  That way, it will be super easy to move them around to different tables if changes are needed.  I guess seeing it up close and getting my hands on it is easier for me to concepturalize than on a computer program! :)
