I was kinda toying with the idea of white fabric paint BlondeBunny.....maybe alternate rhinestones and just white dots???  Think it would work?

I think these would look cute with tthe whie dots and then maybe a little rhinestone brooch or button on the bow part...

Maybe ask a photoshop pro to photoshop some white dots on there for ya :-)

OR do they sell like the little dots on the iron-on section??? I'd go check JoAnns in the iron-on section to see if they have any little dots you could use too :-)
