Should DIY menu cards include vegetarian course?

We're thinking of creating our own menu cards for the seated dinner.  Maybe 1 or 2 per table.  Our venue only prints menus out if we had ordered a duet plate with 2 entrees on 1 plate.  We're giving our guests a choice of either filet mignon, sea bass, or vegetarian.  Is it necessary to include the vegetarian menu on the menu card knowing that there will be very few people choosing it?  I think most of the ones I've seen have only included the two main entrees.  

I included it. I wanted to be sure that those eating vegetarian knew what they would be served.  I would recommend it if possible.

if its an option, i would include it on the menu. doesn't hurt. :) and who knows, maybe someone who doesnt eat meat isn't in the mood for sea bass would love to choose the vegetarian dish. :)

I would include it.  Even if no one ends up choosing it, its still an option, so I would include it just to be inclusive of all the choices.

i agree, if it's an option that anyone can choose, i would put it.  we're doing the dual entree on one plate thing but we'll have a veggie option in the back if someone requests one.  our menu will only list the dual entress though since the veggie option will only be available to the few people who are true veggie eaters! :)

Forgot to mention that the guests are choosing their dish on the RSVP card, not the day of.  I guess depending on how many people choose vegetarian, we'll consider adding it onto the menu card.  Thanks ladies!
