Show Me:(Your) Wedding dress less than $300

Beautiful dresses ladies. Just goes to show that it is possible to find your dream gown at a dream price. Unfortunately I can’t contribute as my gown was over the amount here but BUMP for more budget inspiration!!!!

I bought a store sample!

This is a $1600 Marisa Gown, silk satin, purchased for $130.  I had it professionally cleaned for $100, and wah-lah - got to walk down the aisle in a designer dress for less than $300 total :)

Check sample sales, look on Ebay for store samples sold from the U.S. bridal salons (I caution, personally, against super cheap Chinese replica gowns - as a wedding professional myself, the seamstresses I know hate hate hate those dresses, they are a nightmare to alter because they are poorly made.  My opinion is that if you have a small budget, you don't have the money to gamble - you may end up with a great dress, you may end up with a dud and then you'll be out the money - just do your research and proceed with caution).

Because I added the sash to my dress, mine came to 369 from David Bridal. I caught a great sale! 

I LOOOOVED my dress! i loved it so much more on me than I did when I saw it on the model online. I bought it from inweddingdress this year and I paid .... wait for it.... $289. Yup, And I decided on a different dress for the reception, this one for my ceremony. I'm just happy that I was able to find a GORGEOUS dress that didn't cost a lot. Now we can splurge on decor and maybe even our honeymoon. :)

I wish I knew of some I know David's Bridal is pretty good I got mine from there but mine was 1200 and still paying about 200 in alterations. I would listen to these amazing ladies!

This is the dress I bought from ebay for $169.

The "ivory" that I requested (Chinese knock-off place) was WAY too white for me.  So I'm having the dress altered and it's going to look like this:

It just came out of the tiny box in the pics and that is why is all wrinkled
