Ok- I've been hard at work with my room inspirations... here's what I have for our front room.  And in the middle is a picture of a couch almost exactly like the extra couch we have now.  But it's off to me.  I want a grey couch, but since there are other items we need more we might have to either leave it as is or settle for a slipcover on it for now.  Any recommendations?  As I said, I want grey.  And something that will work on a leather couch, which I've heard can be a giant PIA. :/

I love the grey.  I would do a slipcover.

My mom gave a couch we had for over 10 years a total make over with a slip cover... her trick to keeping it in place...staple gun!!! she stapled it down in the cushion cracks..and no one ever knew. the couch stayed perfectly over for 5+ years! :)
