The house we were in love with sold on Saturday :(

We couldn't make an offer until we sold our place, and the only two offers we've gotten are just far too low. We knew that there was a chance that this place wouldn't last, especially when they dropped their asking price again, but we had hoped. Yesterday we went out to five open houses, including one for our second choice house, and none of them even came close. In fact, we took the runner-up off the list now that we saw it again. *sigh* Back to hunting.

That sucks :( Is there any way that you could rent out your place in the interim until it sold?
