Hi Ladies,

Just wanted to know if you have any affodable photog recommendations for the LA/OC area. Our budget is about 4000-4500 max and I'd like that to include engagement photos, wedding photos and an album. Know any good photogs in that price range? I really like Palos Studios, Joey Ikemoto and Jason Tran although I don't know what Jason charges. Thanks for all of your help.

My photographers are AMAZING and their prices are very reasonable.  They're a young married couple based in San Diego - STUDIOcastillero.  We just did our engagement session 2 weeks ago and I was so happy.  Check out their blog http://blog.studiocastillero.com/ and more specifically, check out our engagement session - http://blog.studiocastillero.com/2009/10/21/doug-andie-e-motion/. ; We did this new thing they're offering called e.MOTION where they collaborate with this amazing videographer friend to set still photos and video to music. 

My package included an engagement session, full day of wedding photography with 2 photogs, a 20 page leather bound album AND a trash the dress session.  Plus all edited images on DVD with shared printing rights at no additional costs.

As I mentioned, they are based in San Diego but will travel anywhere in SoCal - I'm in LA but chose to go down to San Diego for our engagements for the weekend because they have such amazing locations they use and I wanted to go somewhere that was familiar to them so they know the best time for light and the coolest details.

I couldn't be happier!  They're so talented and 2 of the coolest people you will ever meet.

i think jason charges around $3800+ unless he's increased his prices. Sarah chen is around 4K last I checked. I like Tauran woo Since he's my guys and cheaper than the budget you wanted but still great photos. Good luck.
