Ok girls, if you're a Nov 7 gal like me, we are just a week away.  I still have to buy the food for the RD and pack everything I'm taking with me to the town in which I'm getting married.  OH and buy gifts, put tips in envelopes, and buy 2 burgundy ties.

Anything else that isn't done at this point, just isn't getting done!

What about you???  How many days do you have and what's left on your "must do" list?

I'm also a Nov. 7 gal!

tgdtobe - this is kind of a dumb question, but which vendors do you tip in envelopes?

At this point, I still need to:

  • Get my MOH to print the table #s and ceremony programs
  • Drop off check for chair covers and prepare payment for officiant
  • Fill the two bins I bought with stuff to bring to wedding (one's for ceremony, and the other is for reception) and then give them to coordinator
  • Make a checklist of all that stuff
  • Fax final seating chart to reception venue
  • Try to steam my veil a little more

i am going to tip my DJ ... i am still trying to figure out if i should tip my videographer and photographer before or after i receive their work.

@Faith, well, kind of!  We're just doing a hot dog picnic in the park at 3pm--anyone who can't make it--SORRY.  I didn't leave you out on purpose!  :(

@Lingy--i'm going to put cash into envelopes for my coordinator and my servers.  Also officiant would be one (but he's my daddy, so I'm getting him a gift instead).  Midnyte has a good point about the photographer/videographer.

yeah, our officiant was a price, lol, but we are still getting him a gift as well.  with our venue gratutity is included so we don't have to tip our servers, etc.

ooh a hot dog picnic sounds like so much fun!  we were going to do a bowling pizza party but then FIs parents offered to do it.

midnyte, a bowling pizza party sounds like a blast.  I wish I knew the Jax area better.

One week away!  Gave my final count today, I'm going in for my final fitting and to pick up my dress tomorrow/today lol in 9 hours (I'm up really late).  Leaving for the wedding locale on Wednesday bright and early so I need to pack everything up and confirm that my MOH made our nail appointment for Friday.  I think I'm in pretty good shape, I hope I am anyway!  I was just looking thru my own bio and man I am so excited to actually see everything come together and to get to wear my dress/accessories/my hair and makeup oh my!

Girls, I'm so excited for you--not long now!

We met with the baker, and confirmed flavours, also finalized the ceremony--love it!  Meeting with the photogs next week, plus the florist.  Otherwise, just need to print table numbers and seating arrangment and pick up a couple of baskets!  Our final count isn't needed until three days before, so we'll wait until the last minute for that!
