...and this is what was delivered... (sorry...don't know why it's sideways!!)

and this is what photo 2944392-1

That there is some meds!  I knew it was coming....but when it showed up, I have to admit, I was a little taken aback! :)  AF should be here tomorrow or the next day so this weekend sometime, I'll be starting those injections and crossing everything I possibly have that THIS time, it will work.  Just hope I don't freeze up when it's time to stick the needle in my tummy!!!

Michelle - This is completely unrelated comment, but we have the same granite!!! EXACTLY the same!! LOL.

Back to the subject matter though - LOL!  Can you let us know what you will be taking?  It seems like there are quite a few things there and it would be nice to get to know some of the injection names so when I hear them in the future it will remind me someone on the boards has experience with them.

What is your schedule for taking them?

Too funny Cat! Although it looks a lot more yellow in this photo for some reason!

I think it looks like more drugs than it actually is. I'll be doing Follistim injections daily but I don't know my dosage yet. AF started last night so I'll probably be going in for an u/s tomorrow and will find out then. I'm guessing I'll do those for about a week or so. The trigger shot is Pregnyl. And then I'll be taking Prometrium pills after O. The bottle says they are 100mg and to take four times per day...seems like a lot but I'll find out more once I see the doctor. They also sent alcohol wipes, extra needles, and a Sharps container to dispose of the needles.

This all got pretty real yesterday when I had to meet with my nurse to learn how to administer the injections...so surreal!

Dont worry I"m on my 2nd round with the Follistim, the needle is so sharp, you will barely feel it, i had the DH do it the first time around, I was actually more scared when he did than when I did it myself..it was easy, peasy! Good Luck!!

ditto....the needle is very thin....i was freaking out at first too....Andrew gave me my shots, but i didn't feel anything...we had to keep our stuff refrigerated, so it kind of felt cold going in....

good luck!!!  (did you get my email?)

Whoa, Nelly! That looks like a lot of stuff but kind exciting, too, I'm sure.
I'm not sure if the needle is the same but the one I used to give myself the trigger shot didn't hurt a bit. I am not afraid of needled but it is a different ballgame when you do it to yourself rather than an experienced professional. It too me 20 minutes to get up the courage to do it but once I did I didn't feel it going in or while I was pushing the plunger.
I really hope this does the trick. I am so excited for you! :)
