FI has exploded our invite list!!!!! It is just become part and parcel of the wedding planning for me. 

Have you tried to discuss with him the anxiety this is causing you?

idk why i even opened this post. it gave me instant anxiety!!!!!!! i knowww the same thing is going to happen to us! our 80-100 person wedding, had morphed into a 140 person wedding. we arent sending invites out for another 3 wks, and im debating weather or not i should cut the list, or just pray that 30 people dont come! haha. waaaahhh :'( i have no advice, but tons of sympathy!!

Honestly, more people than you think might not come. We invited 186, and we have 115 yes RSVP's, with probably 120-125 attending. Depending on how many people you actually want at your wedding, you might want to leave those 50 folks on the guest list. Otherwise, you might end up with a much smaller wedding than you anticipated.
