I've always heard people say it but its true!

This is what I woke up to the other day

Now I believe its out neighbors fence. But how are we supposed to handle this?

Knock knock: Hey your fence fell a few days ago...when are you going to fix it? Because I'm sick of looking straight into your yard.

Sound good? Lol.

My parents had a similar issue in their last house. They both agreed to pay 50/50 for supplies and labor (labor = my DH). If you decide to go this route get something signed because their old neighbors tried to get out of it after everything was done =( 

That statement is very true!!! At least its rewarding :-)

Hmm good idea Milkgal, and good warning as well. We may talk to them about this in the sprint. For now we've put up some ugly 2 x 4's to keep it up. Though I think this neighbor should pay more, the fence is only half our yard and half our other neigbors (you can't see their hour to the right of the fence) but all of it affects them. Maybe we can have a trio meeting?
