This is what I have up to this point, but its really squeezed onto one card... Do you think about the food choices I can just list the basic food or should I give more of a description.. Do you think there is anything I can leave off. I really like having the part where I tell them how many are invited, and the M______ has to stay....... I am thinking of making it double sided - what do you guys think about that?!

and speaking of RSVP cards. i didn't number mine and yesterday we got one from "the XXX family". i had to look at the postmark to figure out which family! crap :(

Yeah, how do you do the whole numbers thing?

If you number your RSVPs and coordinate that with your invite list, if you have a problem reading the name on the RSVP card..you can figure out who it was from from the initial list you have.

I don't think a description of the food choices is necessary.  I think the way you have it is just fine.

I wouldn't do double-sided....you'd be surprised at how people won't realize that they have to turn the card around.  Can you put the "Regretfully declines" on the same line with 'Joyfully accepts' to save some space?

Yah, I have never had one with a food discription...

To simplify put choices all on one line- it won't look like too much then...

The wording on your RSVP card is great. You've made it very clear what information you need but it's still friendly. ;-) I wouldn't add the food descriptions on the RSVP card, it'll just get too wordy. If you want, you can put the descriptions on your website if you have one. I agree with HMM that you should try to put all the food choices on one line.

I HIGHLY recommend numbering your RSVP cards to correspond with your invite list. I just penciled a number on the back... the guests never noticed. We had at least dozen of them come back either in Chinese (with neither DH or I can read) or they were for a name that we didn't know. We even had a couple where the guest forgot to write in their name! Crazy.
