boxes frozen chopped spinach, 12 oz. can artichoke hearts (drained & chopped), 1/2 c. mont. jack
sautee onion/garlic 'til golden, stir in flour (cook 1 min.), slowly whisk in cream 'til boiling, stir in parmesan, lemon juice, tabasco & salt, stir 'til all cheese has melted, remove from heat, let cook 5 min., stir in sour cream, fold in
spinach & artichokes, sprinkle monterey jack cheese on top. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
