Well, sorta... I got all of my seedlings in last weekend because we weren't supposed to have any more frost... Tomatoes, peppers, squash, some new herbs - all kinds of stuff! And then (of course) - COLD SNAP! Two nights below 40 degrees, and of course, frost! I lost about 75%. :(

Old Man Winter's on my sh*t list!

I just started all my seeds indoors this week :) Doing all heirloom veggies this year - still too cold in NJ to plant outside so starting them early inside. Next weekend we're putting in the raised beds - sooooooo exicted :) We've tried to work with our soil every year and I've had enough! Time for raised beds since we doubled the size of the garden last year.

I have the WORST luck with heirlooms, especially tomatoes! Last year, my beautiful heirloom Purple Cherokee had ONE fruit. Fail :/

You'll have to tell me your tricks for getting them to produce! And PICS, please! ;)

Oh no!! I hope I have better luck!! My garden is totally organic so I've been reading up on companion planting and natural ways to prevent all those pesky critters that eat my damn leaves ;)

Gah! Another frost last night, following a BIG storm - pray for my baby veggie plants! I have strawberries ripening, tomatoes blossoming, and herbs going crazy. Hopefully the cold didn't ruin it all (again)!

Good luck with the gardens ladies!! Our last frost is June 1st usually so no planting for a long time for me:(

I seriously need to get our raised beds in this weekend - I have seedlings growing on every south-facing windowsill and my windowseat upstairs. I may have gone over-board this year!
