I have been working out since February, I cut out soda, fried foods, work out in the morning, have green tea eat healthier and work out 4-5 times a week.
I have gone from 243 to 214 and i'm happy about that, but i have been stuck on that weight for 3 weeks! i even started doing just cardio for a week and still nothing. i go before work to start on the right foot i drink a lot of water but i'm
