So Ive planned out a monthly to do list for my wedding in October 2010, Just curious what other brides having their weddings the same month are doing in terms of planning and getting stuff done! how soon your doing registrys? ordering bridesmaids dresses by? that sort of thing. Appreciate it :)

I'm waiting until January to really get things going.  We had a lot picked out until last month when we scratched everything to do a destination wedding.  Now things are so much more laid back and I don't have such a strict timeline.

We actually have everything planned, so there really isn't much to do until April, When bridesmaids order their dresses and the flower girl and etc.  So checked off is registry, engagement party, picked out bridesmaid dresses, picked out bridal dress, colors, and ALL vendors. Dec order save the dates.  January order my bridal dress. Feb mail save the dates.  April order bridesmaid dress.  May menu tasting. June order invites.  September - confirm EVERYTHING :-). October all little details finalized.  I'm sure I am missing tons of stuff.  :-) 

i have everything booked and pretty much planned...well PLANNED. Now i just have to get all my DIY stuff done

You gals are lucky! We have the main vendors set (ceremony and reception venue, photog, and videographer). We already have what the BM's and the GMena are wearing. DJ and florist is almost done (just gotta send out the contract). So I need: honeymoon, monogram, invitations, and transportation figured out. I plan on doing my DIY (photobooth, OOT bags, bathroom baskets, programs) later this summer. Whew! I'll be busy!
