...and the numbers are ASTOUNDING!!!  My initial draw today at 16DPO was 504!!!!! CRAZY!! (For reference, they like to see a number of 100).  The nurse was talking that it is possible that it may be TWINS :D  When I went for my 10 day scan, there was only 1 follie on the right but on the morning of my IUI, there was one on the right AND a surprise one on the left.  What is really crazy is that they say there is a 6-8% chance on twins on femara and it's usually due to an egg splitting into identical twins and NOT b/c of an extra follie.  Wouldn't that be something if it was two though?!  I am so overwhelmed, but SO SO excited for the strong first number!  I will go back on Wednesday for a retest to make sure it doubles and then possibly an u/s as early as Friday.  Keep thinking happy thoughts for me ladies, it seems to be working!! <3

Thanks everyone :) We are over the moon right now.  Twins or not, that is a GREAT number and makes me feel like this pregnancy is a healthy one, which is such a relief in and of itself!  And Canook, I will DEFINITELY be picking your brain if it does turn out to be twins!
