Just made one of her ravioli recipes and FH loved it!
Put a pot of water to boil for (2 frozen packs of) cheese ravioli.
Cook up some pancetta pieces in a pan, put on a paper-towel lined plate, discard excess oil. Put a drained can of whole, peeled tomatoes in the (same) pan, mash up a bit. Add a package of arugula, cook down. Put pancetta back
in pan.
Plate ravioli and spoon veggie/pancetta mix over.
So easy and yummy.
