I have 6 weeks to loose the last 10 pounds...My Dr. has limited my exercise.

Need Idea's

(its a DW I have to be in a bathing suit in front of my Friends and Family Ahh)

Portion control. Limit carbs after breakfast (NEVER skip breakfast). No refined sugars or carbohydrates - whole grains only, and none after mid-day. Avoid saturated fats. Eat something every 3 hours or so, even if just 10 almonds or walnuts. Eat lots of protein.  If you can do any activity at all (not sure of the situation), try yoga or pilates for toning.

Avoid salt, eat several small meals to keep your metabolism up, isometric exercises while driving or in the elevator or at your desk...
