I find that when I complain about my aches and pains, people just brush it off and chalk it up to "well yea, you're pregnant"...NOT OK!  Some of this stuff really hurts and I need validation and sympathy, darnit!  Let's let it out here!

My biggest pain so far has been my sciatic nerve.  It started at week 10 which I was sure could not be happening so early, but so it was.  Typically is just a nagging sharp pain in my butt/lower back, but sometimes when I bend over or over work it, my right leg will just go out on me!  How embarrassing.

Also, my stomach muscles have been stretching and that is really weird and uncomfortable.  It's been coming in random spurts every few days and lasts about 10 minutes.  The first time I had one I thought something was wrong and started panicking, and then I looked in the mirror and all of a sudden had a belly!

Anyone else need to get out some complaining, judgement free? :)

Bless you xxx

The sciatic pain is awful, luckily I only had it on and off for about 3 weeks (although I get it a lot more now and my boys are 4!)

My stomach muscles split because of my monster babies and I did a ton of physio therapy after to try and get them to knit back together (didn't work as well as I'd hoped, I'm debating surgery). Funny that you suddenly had a belly though!!

The ligaments in my groin tore, that was awful because the pain was sudden and sharp like I'd been shot (not that I've ever been shot, but in my mind that's how it might feel!). My worst pain was SPD, my pelvis is still painful at times and my hips hurt a lot too.

It's a good thing these little people are so darned cute because they are a lot of trouble!! Lol

Thank you sister, Haleigh! I told my ob the other day about the pain on my right side leg. Since I found out that I was pregnant back in September, I can no longer sleep on my right side. I notice just sitting on the couch, my right leg would go numb. The same happens even if I sit on the toilet. I would wake up in the morning with a burning feeling in my right leg. I thought it could be blood clots at first, so I started sleeping on my left side. I find myself sometimes falling asleep on my right but quickly waking up to turn because, morning I will have to deal with the burning sensation in the morning. The burning last 15 minutes but still feel like bleach being injected in my veins. The ob said the same thing about nerves and to place a pillow on my right side, but avoid complete pressure.

@Canook- and these little people better have lots of hair too! lol

I swear it feels like all of my insides are jammed up under my ribcage and I can barely lean forward without feeling uncomfortable.  It's driving me nuts.

I had heartburn 24/7 and swore with my luck, the baby would be bald but nope he had and still does have a head full of hair!
My guy settled in to position about a month before I had him so the pressure on my vay jay jay was intense! I would also get these sharp pains in my left leg/hip area it literally felt like my leg was being pulled out of the socket!

"well yea, you're pregnant"...

I love along with this theory that since we got pregnant we deserve to be miserable.....I didnt ask to be in pain....I just wanted to be a mom!
