Ok I'm kind of freaking out.  I've gaine 4 lbs in one week, 4 lbs!  I have a chart that I'm using to track and it puts me way out of the section I should be in for weight gain.  I know the holidays probably didnt help but still, I'm concerned about gaining that much in one week.  I never really exercised before getting pregnant (I walk like 4 blocks into work and take 4 flights of stairs haha) so I know I can't jump into anything serious but is there something I can do?  I'd like to walk my dogs at night, but by the time I get home it's dark out and we live out in the country so I can't really walk down the road, plus it's icy/snowy here now.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Prenatal yoga videos at home. I do the Gaiam one. Only $10 at Target.

Before I started getting really sick and tired I was doing some prenatal yoga off of youtube. I'd give that a try to see if it's something you like then you can pick up a dvd.

I gained 5lbs in 10days so I have gained 9lbs altogether. I originally gained 8 bc we were in Cali eating high salt diet and then flying so I was swelling. Now that I've been home I lost the water weight. I freaked about to my ob and she said as long as I haven't gained 30lbs by now I'm ok and growth spurts are common now like this. She said to avoid salt and that will help with the swelling or holding extra water. She said high protein, low salt - lots of water diet.

It's so hard with it being cold and icy here too! But I have a gym membership so my days off I go but ore than that I'm on my feet at work so much! I know some malls open early so people can go walking in them or go on the weekends. Today we r crib and car shopping so the gym isn't happening bc I know we will be walking around all day!! Lol. I'm already exhausted!

I'm also having lots of shortness of breath already! Blah!!

You should see me after I take the 4 flights of stairs to my cubicle at work haha.  I"m breathing so heavy you'd think I just ran a marathon!

UGH - I am on progesterone supplements and I am seriously retaining water!  I had to start with the supp when I O'd so it's been a couple weeks already and I just feel disgusting!  Thank God my scale needs a new battery or I would be on that thing every 3 hours lol!  Don't worry too much about spurts, my sister was the same way but still gained a minimal amount overall.
