Hi everyone,

A short intro...I'm Alicia from the pearl island a.k.a food haven, 21yrs old recently got engaged after a six year relationship.

I have some friends who is gonna marry just after 3-6mths of courting. wat the heck. i dun even knw my bf very well within such period. Sorry for my ranting coz i cant post this in my facebook or my frens will be furious.

Anyway, let's get back to topic....

I'm 52kg already and need to get back to 45kg as I'm petite (163cm). Sorry I'm not used to lbs and inches. Any tips to share do drop by.

Hey Alicia, welcome!!!!

Drink lots of water and exercise at least 3x/week (ideally 4-5x if you can).   Make your workous varied to keep your mind and your body interested and responsive.  

Cut out sweets from everday eating if you can -- special occasions are OK as long as you don't have TONS of special occasions in your life....lol

Try to make the bulk of your meals consist of vegetables if you can.  Or, at least have a hearty side salad before your dinner....

Take a multivitamin every day.

Pack up 2 healthy snacks per day to take to work with you and make sure you have some on hand for weekends as well.
