Drink lots of water and exercise at least 3x/week (ideally 4-5x if you can). Make your workous varied to keep your mind and your body interested and responsive.
Cut out sweets from everday eating if you can -- special occasions are OK as long as you don't have TONS of special occasions in your life....lol
Try to make the bulk of your meals consist of vegetables if you can. Or, at least have a hearty side salad before your dinner....
Take a multivitamin every day.
Pack up 2 healthy snacks per day to take to work with you and make sure you have some on hand for weekends as well.
