I know there is a wait time, and I know the website says it could be 55 days.....is this true? Davids bridal just informed me that my  dress was never ordered and my dress is in 70 days....I'm slightly freaking out and it will be 2 weeks before DB gives me my money back.......any insight??

I'm from Germany and I ordered a evening Gown customized (Love by Enzoani C20) - post in this group. I orderd on 11/22/2011 and got my first pics of the finished dress on 12/08/2011 (after 12 working days) In my opinion this is very fast for a dress with many beading. But since I had a few changes for th dress, and one week were I haven't checked my mails (I was ill) they shipped the derss on 12/29/2011 and I received my dream gown on 01/05/2012. And all I have to say is that this gown is absolutely stunning. The beading is so perfect and detailed and the fabric is high quality. SHipping within one week - this is brilliant, never received a package from outside Europe so fast.

Will post pics from me as soon as possible, so you can see the the high quality. If you will order, do it as soon as you can, because wedding season for gowns begins and then they have a lot to do and therefore shipping time can be extended.

I ordered on 11/30 and my dress showed up on 12/21 in the US. This was counting a 1 day delay due to Fed Ex cutoff being missed on the ship date, 12/18. It was super fast considering they sent me pics and made changes/adjustments that I requested and had me OK them prior to shipping!

Don't forget they are gone right now for Chinese New Year, and will probably be a little backed up when they return. Still should be plenty of time!

WHY the 2 weeks for a refund for DB's own mistake? I'd be going Bridezilla on someone over that one!!!

I was told that I have to wait on a check from their corporate office. I would NEVER ever do business with that company again and I do NOT recommend Davids Bridal to anyone ever!!

WOW. That is ridiculous I am so sorry! I have heard nothing but bad about them. :-( I know you will love your DressilyMe dress! I honestly want to order another one and I am not even having a huge wedding. LOL

I heard some negative reviews from DB. Sorry to hear about this situation, hopfully it irons itself quickly for you.
